How to Join
Youth for Socialist Action
Membership in YSA is open to anyone in their teens and
twenties who 1. is in agreement with our 10 Program, 2. pays annual
membership dues of $10 (this can be waived for special circumstances) and
3. who commits to trying to be active within in the group. You might
also want to read over our Constitution and our Membership Handbook.
To apply to join YSA send your name and
contact info to: Youth for Socialist Action, P.O. Box 16853,
Duluth MN 55816 along with your dues. After we receive your
application we will send you a literature packet and a membership card,
sign you up for a one-year subscription to Socialist Action newspaper and
add you to our members' only email and snail mailing lists.
How to Join
the Socialist Action Supporters Club
We’ve recently set up a supporters network called the Socialist
Action Supporters Club. $50/yr. gets you a 1st class
subscription to Socialist Action newspaper, special political
updates, and a 10% discount on all books & pamphlets from Socialist
Action Books.
If you would like to join the Socialist
Action Supporters Club, or make some other regular donation to the party,

Socialist Action
Socialist Action is a small but growing revolutionary
group of activists dedicated to helping lead a working class revolution in the
United States. We are a two-fisted propaganda group that seeks to
popularize and spread the ideas of revolutionary Marxism, while at the same
time working with and helping to develop the social movements of workers,
students and the oppressed. Through our political program, our experience
and the dedication of our comrades, we are confident that we have something
very important to offer the coming American revolution, and we invite you
to join us in helping that revolution come about.
Membership in SA is open to open to anyone who is in general agreement with
our program, commits to being an active member of the organization and who
agrees to abide by majority decisions.
If you are interested in joining SA we encourage you to contact the SA
branch nearest you. The local branch organizer will meet with and get you
on the path to becoming a member. For a directory of branches click here. If
there isn’t a branch in your area, you can contact our National Office.
If you live in an area where we don't have a branch and you have not
physically met an SA member, we ask that you contact our National Office
and that you start working with us as a supporter until the time when we
get to know you and are able to send an organizer to meet with you.
Supporters are asked to distribute our newspaper and literature, keep in
touch with our National Office, and read through an introductory packet of
literature.

Keep in mind, if you feel that membership is not right for you right now,
for whatever reason, we still encourage you to contact our party about
becoming an active supporter. There are numerous ways to support the work
of Socialist Action, from financial contributions to volunteering to help
us with our campaigns and distributing our newspaper. It takes a lot of
work to build a mass revolutionary party, and we sure could use you!
